2. Hosting
The website is hosted by united-domains GmbH, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. Technically required connection and server-log data are processed to deliver and secure the website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR must be in place with the host.
3. Enquiries
We process the details submitted through the contact form to respond, prepare an offer and take pre-contractual steps under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The required checkbox records that you have read this information; it is not consent to unrelated processing. Enquiry data is deleted no later than 24 months after the enquiry is closed unless a contract, statutory retention duties or legal claims require longer storage.
4. Marketing
Enquiry data is not automatically used for newsletters or general advertising. Marketing requires a separate, voluntary and confirmed opt-in, which may be withdrawn at any time.
5. AI event consultant
The AI consultant is optional. Only after you activate the separate consent in the chat are your messages and the current session context transmitted to companies of the OpenAI group (OpenAI Ireland Ltd. and/or OpenAI, L.L.C.) to generate a response. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Isar Event does not store chat messages in its contact database. The API provider may normally retain inputs and outputs for safety and abuse monitoring for up to 30 days; API content is not used to train models by default. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the applicable safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or EU standard contractual clauses. Do not enter confidential data, payment details or special-category personal data.
6. Cookies and tracking
No analytics, marketing or profiling cookies and no advertising pixels are used. Technically essential storage may be used only where required to provide a function explicitly requested by you. Consent-requiring services will not be loaded before a voluntary choice.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future and lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
